Written by We got back from Granny Rollins’ Thanksgiving gathering feeling great – stuffed from the delicious food and happy the Cowboys got an outstanding win. That quickly changed Friday morning when Lindsay and I woke up with horribly sore throats. We both went downhill from there – suffering common cold like symptoms. It’s now Wednesday and I’m over it, but Lindsay and Molly seem to have picked up a cough to go along with it.
Unfortunately, the weather isn’t going to help things. We’ve been in the 80′s all week but tonight we’re expecting a wintry mix of precipitation and temperatures in the 30′s for all of tomorrow. Lindsay is making rice krispy treats in hopes we’ll have a snowed in day tomorrow. I’m not sure we’ll be so lucky.
