			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tonight was a night of reckoning in our family.  Sir Ralph was rather lethargic and not very responsive.  A visit to the vet revealed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.  Unfortunately it was too far along and any attempt in saving him would ultimately be futile.  Ralph lived a great life and will be missed by all that have met him.  Lindsay and i watched his birth and to see his life end is a trying event for everyone.</p>
